What´s wrong?

Lately, every time I play an A6-preset, the synth suddenly loads the ENV3 page in the small screen. I don´t touch any knob or anyting, I just play the keys. At the same time, the sound loses its sustain and sound very dry and boring.

Very disturbing. This way I can´t play the synth normally anymore.

I tried a hard reset. It didn´t work.

Any clues?

try if one of the knobs.pots of env3 "sticks/ has some dirt in it.
simply see if pressing one of the knobs changes the screen.
there is also an test mode for all knobs, see test/ softbuttons in manual to find out the exactnummer to push while starting up.

i always have a dustcover over the a6 when notis use , and from time to time, move a vacuumcleaner over the knobs and pots to remove dirtpieces. ( have a nylonstocking fit over the tube though to prvent small parts beinig suck up to..)

I too always have a blanket covering the synth at all times when not played.
