Modular step sequencers composition, experimental uses Subject description: things that you cant to in a standar sequencer or step sequencer.

| Hi, Im exploring the different options and ideas that modular step sequencers can add to the composition. Im not talking about simple step sequencers, but about those crazy ones like the MARF or DARF Buchla.  Not only about hardware, as at least one great software option exists (Numerology, and it seems that also Klee, but I haven't tested it). For example, something very easy to do in these tools and difficult (or impossible) in a traditional DAW: independent pitch  and rhythmic (gates) values.
 I bet that many people in this forum have some amazing equipment and lot of experience with that.

 In short, Improvisor is an application in which you draw your own step sequences, which can then be recombined and remixed into new semi-algorithmic sequences simply by putting smart wireless AudioCubes together. Each cube is linked automatically to a sequence.
