Illuminated flat-top momentary pushbutton switch (Milton)

I realize this subforum is pretty much dead, but Muffwiggler is temporarily down once more, so I'll try here first.

Does anyone know the the part number of the pushbuttons used for the Run and Halt commands in Serge, Buchla and Wiard style Milton sequencers? See links and attached photos. They're backlit, flat-top, and momentary, corresponding to the trigger (not gate) activated inputs below them.
