Hello Gang,

It's hard to recall I've been doing synth designs since 1980 and how the Internet has changed publication protocol. After all these years, and with some new designs on the breadboard this very week, it might be a good time to remind everyone that I release all schematics for public consumption only through my pal Scott Stites' Web page or on EM. And then, the books are available via Lulu, though that's out of my control anymore. Finally, all hardware anymore (apart from the Mankato Filter) is managed and licensed exclusively by Fonik and available from his agents.

I'd really appreciate it if you don't copy my stuff, but rather send new users to Scott's site or to here at EM. That'll keep me posting new circuits.

Legitimate hardware from Fonik always has my name on the front panels and PCBs. I may not get royalties for my work, but at least I'd like to see my name in print!

Thomas Henry

Will be looking forward to any new circuits you make available.

Your designs inspired me to get in to modular DIY

It is a shame there are people who will abuse the generosity of others.

Hi there. This is my first post here and without Thomas Henrys inspirational writings and now that i think about it very rational claim that these machines can be built at home, I propably wouldn't even be here.
I just want to thank all of you synth diy'ers who contribute for the pleasure and joy of anothers. Maybe someday I might have something to contribute.

So even though there are some unpleasant drawbacks from unselfishly sharing your work, I hope that the knowledge in that you have driven (yet!) another poor soul to the dark abyss of synth diy:ing gives you some comfort.

Hello Mr. Henry,

I just wanted to thank you for all the synth designs that you develop.
Over the years it became sort of an addiction (that really is worth beeing addicted to) to have at least one of Fonik's Thomas Henry PCBs in my collection and build the most modules of the 21th century book on perfboard.

Again, Thanks a lot for all your work for the +-15 Volt community
