Hi just wanting to invite you all to my new forum. It contains many useful resources for composing,

orchestration and harmony. I'm continuing to update new resources, and i'm hoping that you will find these

forums useful and make contributions which will benefit others. There are resources available which

include harmony, counterpoint, orchestration ect

i didn't know that they made electronic music in england...huh, shows what i know. ha ha ha just kidding.

is england jealous of germany? i mean, Kraftwerk AND dance music came out of germany..i mean, i'm american and i am envious. but not jealous...so just wasting time, yah.

Dance music from Germany? What are the reference works? Whenever I hear dance music and origin in the same sentence I think of those two clubs in Detroit.

OTOH, if we're really talking about dance music in the broadest sense, shouldn't we go back to Africa and the dawn of man?

yeah, if only more electronic musicians actually 'composed' music...or respected 'harmony' for that matter, the world would be a better place. Very Happy

Harmony is the basis of all music and to disregard it as nothing is to throw your composing carear down the drain
