Hi there:

First off, I'm not sure this is the right forum for this, but here it goes...

I'm sure you've all heard of the Novamod for the SH-101: it was a DIY modification kit that detailed a whole bunch of hacks you could perform on your blue, red, or grey meanie. There wasn't any magic in the kit, but it was nice to have all the parts and schematics all in one place. Analogue Solutions had a similar kit available.

Seeing as the MC-202 is basically the same machine (minus the noise source, S+H, and arp), some (including Analogue Solutions) came up with similarly exciting mods. Thanks to this guy, Cy Kong (see here), I managed to duplicate most of them.

The one mod that I found interesting, for which there were no schematics, was the audio-rate LFO, found on the Novamod.
Well, after a little help from the SH101 group on Yahoo!, I found the right capacitor and performed the mod. It sounds pretty cool.

Read up on how to do it: http://www.glitched.org/stuff
(Don't actually try it unless you know enough about electronics, which I don't.)
