Hi,

I'm new to this forum (although I've owned a Nord Modular for the past 6 years). My computer (a Dell laptop) is at the point where I need to get a new one very soon, and I've been looking at a 17" MacBook Pro to replace it, as I want to use the newest version of Logic (I've been stuck on 5.5.1 Platinum for the past four+ years). I was wondering whether the MacOS X Nord Modular beta works on Intel Macs? Also, I was wondering whether there was anything one would need to do in order to have their PC patches work in the Mac editor?

Thanks in advance for any answers,
Ian

Patches are interchangeable. I have heard reports that the OSX beta works on intel under rosetta. I haven't seen it myself, but I have heard others claim success without any new bugs.

Thanks for the replies. It's nice to find a place that is dedicated to the Nord Modular - it's a great synth, but it's so easy to get lost in its possibilities sometimes!
