Heres a pic |
 |

Hey here's me and my soundlab(my best ziggy impression). Its not the greatest pic it was taken with a cameraphone. I took it to the bar to show it off to some friends. We sat on the patio drinking beer and making analog drinking music. Thats my friend jennifer in the background. I used Damion Romero's layout (thanks) changed the font and color scheme
Made a little box out of some poplar and stain it. I'm pretty darn happy with it so far. Still need knobs.
take care
Zebra
if its too big sorry take it down and I'll resize _________________ "your stripes are killer bro" |

It looks great. Congrats. Nothing better to bring to a bar as far as I'm concerned. _________________ --Howard

Nice pic :) I'm pleased you went for Damion's take on it- me too- but with a complete new layout- will explain more later. I think damion's panel is the best. Why isn't he on this forum? Or IS he??
Me- I'm back from the beach now. Back to this eglish hell hole called home ;)

I agree v-un-v I thought Damions layout was quite nice. It has all the connections of the "patched out version" thats mainly why I went with it.
Plus it was easy to save a a file. I was also inspired by Mke Walters colorful case. I wanted something that stood out and colorful and pleasing.
Why are most synths so bland you know all the big guys: Arp, Korg, Moog- Gray, Black, or a combination of the 2
Yes where are you Damion????
ahh the beach unless your in florida _________________ "your stripes are killer bro" |

For one moment I thought that was you Zeb, wearing the pink dress with the serious mullet and handlebar moustache?- what a dissapointment!! :D
I totally agree with you on synthi colour schemes- wait to you see my front panel!!
Analogue beer drinking music?- bring it on!! |

Sorry for the dissapoinment. Thats alittle photoshop magic. Its a "found" picture I stumbled across on the internet on top of a windows stock background. I'm not that pretty . Been known to sport a handlebar from time to time though. Can't wait to see your panel. You getting pretty close? _________________ "your stripes are killer bro" |

Finally got some completed photos from a friend. Not much different. Just got the knobs now. Thought I'd post anyway.
Thats my creep friend James in the background. Everytime I turn my back he's jamming out on the SL. Can't blame him _________________ "your stripes are killer bro" |
