I have listened to many of the sound samples. All are excellent. I generally hate excerpts because they leave you hanging and wanting more. That's the case here, but there is enought music to hear that you are quite accomplished.

Congrats on so meany CD releases.

I notice you concerti are in the more modern four movement form. I prefer the older three movement style. Maybe because I love Bach and Mozart's so much. Anyway, even though you described the classical stuff on your CDs as classical, it is also electronic. Quite exciting.

Thank you for your interest and welcome, I am glad you appreciate the music through some excerpts (a compromise between respect of the listener and commercial logic).

I indifferently use a 3-mvt or a 4-mvt concerto depending on the story I want to build up. I certainly do not have your experience or knowledge, so I speak according to the way I assimilate classical music. To me a 3-mvt concerto is symmetric but unbalanced in the tempo (it is particularly true when listening to a series of 3-mvt concertos). The second drawback is that it tends to be too uniform and “mechanical” in the creative process (early work of Mozart, most of the Vivaldi’s concerti and the impressive list of Haydn’s concerti). I might be able to produce a lot more 3-mvt concerti but I know (by experience) that I would not invest a lot of creativity in it. The fourth movement brings the balance and introduces another degree of freedom that breaks the symmetry and challenges the creativity on a novel mode. I found this way more satisfying to reach an aesthetic coherence, although it is actually more demanding. Of course, Bach and Mozart have produced outstanding concerti using 3 mvts, and I am still learning perfection from them…
I have listened few of your electro-classical pieces. First, I must say I am quite surprised with the distance that separates your references from the work you propose. I love complexity, and these minimalist pieces lack of many things I need to satisfy my interest (as a composer), but I found your approach unexpected and very peculiar.

The classical work was recorded via a virtual orchestra. It remains classical in the way it is composed although it is entirely produced via computer. So you are rather right by saying it is also electronic.

I will try to attend more discussions, but I spend most of my time composing music. My next e-album is in construction and I cannot afford much...
