Here is a prf2 sequence for Jean Michel Jarre Oxygene2 with the original 36 step ARP sequence and some bass/drum rythms which are similar to the orginal. The right hand lead part is also included.

All that's missing are the Eminent/Strings ( the chords for strings are Gm, F, Cm, Csus4 ) and some sound FX. Basically you play a G and start the sequence. The bass, kick, snare hi-hat can be added with their own on/off switches. Then add the Strings on a 2nd keyboard and play the melody at the right hand side of the split point on the G2. The sequence root note should be changed to D and back to G again later in the piece. Just listen to the original and you will get it.

The 'tricky' sounding lead is actually easy. It's played on the scale of Bb and is just alternating high and low notes in the scale, it's easier with two hands ( 1 finger each hand! ) It starts with G, you can work it out from there!

Let me know how you go. Watch the demo/s on 'you tube' that other people have done - just search oxygene2. I havn't uploaded files before so please let me know if it works, and if not what I did wrong for next time.

I had some fun this morning messing about with this. Thanks. Couldn't quite get the lead line in the time I had, but I can see where it goes.

Nice chord progression of Jarre's. I'm always looking for interesting ones, and this is a good one!
