Questions about Live |
|
|
I downloaded a 30 day trial of Live for Mac OSX and I'm running it on Lion. I'm just getting the hang of the basics. Find midi track, put here. Find instrument put there, press play looking button hear sound.
OK, but I want to add vocals and morph my voice and stuff. I also want to use OSCulator with my WiiMotes. How do I do these things?

Les-
To add a vocal track, create an audio track and make sure you to change from auto to monitor (in - I think). Once you have recorded the track, turn monitor off and drag effects to that channel. You could also create several audio tracks (with multiple effects) and send the original vocal track to them. Each audio track will ask you where the audio is coming from and going to.
As far as the Wiimotes, they will connect via Bluetoothe. I've never used that program as I was using GlovePie back in the day when we first discovered Wiimotes could be used as controllers. Regardless, Abe will recognize them and you simply select the parameters and so forth. Pretty straight forward. _________________ "Oh, it's yours? audiotrack with the vocals, and than insert one of the hundreds audio effects there are!
you also can hotswap the effects to "skip" them through faster!
