Apple has begun the transition to Intel and now it’s software’s turn to follow suit. Mac software makers are hard at work creating versions of their programs that run natively on both PowerPC and Intel-based Macs—that way, applications can perform at their best when running on an Intel machine.

Slightly OT, but I'm getting severly miffed at IK Multimedia for taking so long in upgrading SonicSynth to Universal. And they keep postponing it! Evil or Very Mad
