Hi,

Im one half of System II - a collaboration of two London producers making nu-skool breakbeat & dark electro. We currently have 3 tracks up at our page on Artist Launch - http://www.artistlaunch.com/artist4.asp?artistid=4808

Please check em out and let me know what ya think, looking of all kinds of opinions.

I also have a electro breaks radio station, you can hear it here - http://www.artistlaunch.com/artist8.asp?artistid=6705

Our plan is to play the best electro breaks at Artist Launch so if anyone has any nu-skool electro & breakbeat tracks they want to add please let me know.

Enjoy!

Charlie.

I did and I liked that too (actually I downloaded both of them)
Very Happy
and I liked the movie too whose soundtrack was by my all-time favorite electronic musician: Wendy Carlos

Yes, I too saw TRON and loved it. I wasn't a child, but a grownup working for a major corporation. I wrote a program called MCP, which ran all the time in the background on our departmental VAX 11-70 VMS machine looking for hung and runaway processes and killing them. It was running for about a year when someone noticed it and contacted me - I was in charge of couputer security at the time. He said in the movie TRON, the MCP was killing other programs and he thought this was doing the same thing. He was concerned that someone had hacked our computer, or worse, that it was developing a mind of it's own. Ha ha, hee hee, I was so thrilled somebody got it.

I made sure this guy got a cash bonus for noticing the MCP and told him whenever he saw another really good movie to let me know. Laughing

Anyhow, I'm glad and not surprised to see so many of us are TRON fans.

Count me in as a Tron fan... Smile I just caught most of it on tv last year again I think. Or maybe it was this year.

I loved the video game as well. Spent quite a bit of time with my cousin at the gas station in our little town of 1,000 people playing it. They had 3 arcade games I think... Tron, Joust, and something else.

System II - good luck on being the best electro breaks artist on artist launch. Someday I'll have my speakers hooked up at home again and check out your tunes... (no comments from the peanut gallery on just how long I've been resetting up my studio... shhh... ... and yes - I did get a day to work on it last week - I'm 1/3 of the way there...)

Smile
