Hi all,

Apologies in advance if someone has already reqested the following functions.I'm a fan of analogue sequencing and love that function on my Waldorf Q Rack but it's not the easiest interface to handle.I would like functions equivalent to the Doepfer MAQ 16/3 device,i.e. random notes within the sequence,reverse,pendulum- forwards then reverse. Also good to mess about with are variable length sequences while the device is running.
I'm sure all these are possible with the G2 as it stand but I've not been able to create a patch that does pendulum in real time - any takers???

Can you here the Clavia designers groaning 'aren't they ever satisfied'?

Regards,

M.A.

Check out http://electro-music.com/forum/topic-1754.html and http://electro-music.com/forum/topic-1720.html

I agree that the sequencers are the weakest link in the G2, but they are still pretty powerful. I'd like to see Clavia go for some really nice sequencers, or at least make some useful micro modules that would let people build nice sequencers themselves, like a binary up/down counter with asynchronous load (preset).
