I've decided to post some mp3 taken from my compositions. They are sort of drones if you heard they alone, all of them are just a single patch(not even performance) from NordModularG2. No effects or others outboard were used,no EQ just as sounds they on the NMG2.Feel freely to use as you like,as loops in your contest or simply like a demo of this wonder synth. ...and NordWave is coming on! Smile

Incredible sounds and sense of space, very nice work. Do you have a good idea of the kind of sound you're trying to create when you start or does it just develop from tweaking and seeing where a sound goes?

Actually, two of these mp3's comes from an incredible wonderful patch of coolcat "The Mighty Nord" (thanks coolcat for your skill and unique talent well-done) You can find it in the patch archive and deserve with no doubts to be stored in your "red giant".
But ,honestly, what i can say concerning other my patches like "Unreal Dreams" "Waves Gathered" "Solaris" or "ComplexEG Idea" (the one I've used for the noises voices loop) that are basically drones (You can find it mostly in drones G2 patches) they are conceived quite in a random way, just after starting to approaching them i refine it editing until i gain what let my satisfied and liked.
If there is one thing what I try to don't miss is to use all the possibilities to assign morphing and parameters to rotary dials to control all the available parameters, that is the feature unique of this synth with endless soundscape.

Thanks for appreciating and using these Smile

i also have a cool cat ... his patches are more aggressive and mad but sometimes exploratory and delicate

Reminds me a bit of Jan Hammer's "The First Seven Days". Very Nice.
