Can the G2 send midi data out through the knobs?

I'm unable to record my knob movements to ableton live using the G2 synth. I can assign CC to live but when I try to record my knob movements to record the automation for the G2, it doesn't work. Any ideas?

did you configure the ableton midi inputs, record enable and al that sort of stuff?

The G2 by default does not send out MIDI CCs for knob movements, you have to assign MIDI CCs first. Just in case you didn't know Wink

I am able to assign midi cc to the parameters in ableton. Ableton does not record the midi data if I record an automation with the nord.
