Hi,

the waldord-microwave-patch gave me the idea to build a patch to control my Line6 POD II. Years before I used sounddiver - so I think it is possible to control the POD II completely by midi, right ?

Okay - but how to begin Question Are there special tables which parameters is controlled by which midi-cc ? Where can I get something like this ? ...

Thanx ...

Check the manual http://www.manualnguide.com/dl/6637/, look at appendices C and especially D. All the CC numbers and ranges that are implemented are listed. This is generally the case - midi controls are normally listed at the end a manual in an appendix.

Thx for your reply, fozzie ...

Yes - in the manual I can find the cc-numbers >>> in other words: the midi destination (the receiver of the cc-messages, right ?).

Maybe I ask the wrong question: What modules can I use to "send" those midi-cc and how can I edit (cc-numbers) them ?

What modules are the main / basic tools to built a external control ?

Why don't you look at some of the patches in this section, for example http://electro-music.com/forum/download.php?id=4689

This may or may not be useful ...
My POD is no longer functioning but when it was I had mapped some of the controls to a G2 patch which also gave me midi clock. The POD does not sync to midi clock but one of the CCs controls tap temp. if you send the correct CC every quarter note you get midi clock sync. Look in the manual for the CC chart.
